Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Registration & Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

iq774 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account, subject to applicable processing fees. iq774 will not accept deposits made by credit card cash advance or any form of borrowed funds where the lender is not disclosed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the following indicative timelines, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times:

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited to your account for gaming purposes and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money;

Bet Acceptance

Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, iq774 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verified malfunction shall not be paid out.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iq774 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Operating more than one registered account, or assisting another person to do so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by iq774;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in live poker or table games;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose related to proceeds of crime;
• Accessing the Platform while physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform in any manner;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour toward iq774 staff or other players via any Platform communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

iq774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Your account being subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits made in good faith that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the player, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting iq774 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible real money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;

• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, iq774 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or gaming opportunities due to Platform downtime, technical failure, or internet connectivity issues beyond iq774's reasonable control;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or payout calculations resulting from a third-party provider error, provided iq774 takes prompt corrective action upon discovery;
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any action taken by iq774 in good faith in reliance on information provided by you that subsequently proves to be false or incomplete.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit iq774's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

iq774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account on iq774, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

iq774 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required for the delivery of Platform services, compliance with legal obligations, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

iq774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the iq774 Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact iq774 customer support and provide a clear description of the dispute. iq774 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receipt of your complaint.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint in writing to iq774's designated compliance team. A written response will be provided within twenty (20) business days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.

Nothing in this dispute resolution clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including rights available under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
